Eidice Account Deletion
Eidice is operated by Oliver Labs LLC. This page lets Eidice app users request deletion of their account and associated app data without reinstalling or opening the app.
Request Account Deletion
Send your request from the email address used for your Eidice account to zacholiver@oliverlabsllc.com with the subject "Eidice account deletion request".
Include your name, account email, and a short confirmation that you want your Eidice account deleted.
What Happens Next
We verify your identity before deleting or changing account data. After a verified deletion request is approved, active account and lead data is purged within 30 days unless a legal-retention exception applies.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, regulatory, or messaging-compliance reasons. For example, SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained to satisfy TCPA compliance and dispute-defense obligations.
In the Eidice Web App
You can also request deletion in the Eidice web app at eidicecrm.com by opening Settings, then Privacy & Legal, then the deletion request control. The iPhone app has no sign-up and no account deletion; use the web app or the email above.
