Never send passwords, two-factor or recovery codes, or complete client records by email. We will never ask for them.

Signing in on iPhone

The iPhone app signs in to an existing Eidice account; accounts are created at eidicecrm.com. If your account uses two-factor authentication, the app asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. If you have lost your authenticator, sign in on the web with one of your recovery codes and set up a new authenticator there.

Deleting your account

In the iPhone app, open Settings and use Delete my account. You can also request deletion without the app on the Account Deletion page.
